About The Role

To plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events for Bloomingdale's, ensuring alignment with Al Tayer Group policies and adherence to brand and principal guidelines.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Assist the Division Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing initiatives across all functions for Bloomingdale's based on specific needs.
  2. Ensure understanding and application of brand guidelines across all marketing activities, maintaining compliance with principal requirements.
  3. Identify opportunities to enhance brand equity and make recommendations to the Division Marketing Manager.
  4. Analyze competitors' activities, pricing, and packaging in relation to brand strategy.
  5. Develop and deliver BTL campaigns, POS materials, and marketing collateral aligned with brand objectives.
  6. Collaborate with CRM teams to support brand strategy with initiatives and analytics.
  7. Liaise with internal stakeholders on upcoming collections and content opportunities.
  8. Report on brand performance, marketing initiatives, and post-event analyses.
  9. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities in the archiving system.
  10. Build relationships with external parties such as vendors and mall management.
  11. Contribute to the development of Bloomingdale's Marketing Strategy aligned with overall company direction.
  12. Work cross-functionally to align brand strategies across markets.
  13. Lead campaign execution ensuring consistency across departments.
  14. Manage the marketing calendar for all promotional activities.
  15. Plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns within budget.
  16. Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering performance and growth.

Years of Experience

7+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury retail, preferably in a department store or multi-brand environment.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Effective collaboration across teams.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital and experiential.
  • Leadership skills focusing on mentorship and team development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably in a department store or multi-brand setting.
