Job Purpose

To define overall marketing strategy and plans for Al Tayer Motors (ATM) Electric Vehicle Brands, ensuring synergy, consistency, and quality in marketing approach to meet company objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Prepare the annual marketing budget for ATM and ensure its effective utilization.
  2. Define macro-level marketing strategies aligned with ATM's business plan.
  3. Monitor the implementation of marketing plans and collaborate with relevant departments.
  4. Coordinate with Events Management for planning and execution of events.
  5. Enhance and build stronger brand equity for all brands.
  6. Monitor brand performance and ensure consistency with company standards.
  7. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  8. Review market research and performance reports for decision-making.
  9. Maintain relations with principals and stay updated on industry developments.
  10. Provide leadership, motivation, and training to the marketing team.
  11. Identify potential successors and develop talent within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior management.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (native speaker).
  • Experience in automotive sector, preferably with electric vehicle brands.
