The Opportunity

We're seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role will focus on developing and maintaining strategic B2B relationships, driving business growth through effective account management and partnership development.

Your Impact

As Corporate Relationship Manager (B2B), you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with corporate clients across various sectors in the UAE. You'll serve as the key point of contact between Kamel Pay and our corporate partners, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the UAE market
  • Develop deep understanding of client business needs and align our solutions accordingly
  • Create and implement effective account management strategies to maximize client retention and growth
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential and existing clients
  • Monitor competitive activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Regular reporting on account performance, client feedback, and market insights
  • Represent KamelPay at industry events and networking functions

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B relationship management experience in the UAE, preferably in fintech, banking, or corporate services sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of UAE business culture and corporate landscape
  • Established network within UAE corporate sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • UAE driving license and current UAE residency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly advantageous
