Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly accomplished Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales strategy for our luxury real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years of managerial experience in luxury real estate, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team. This role requires a visionary leader with an in-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), investors, and brokers.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
  • Identify target markets, create go-to-market strategies, and drive initiatives to capture market share in the ultra-luxury real estate sector.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for sales optimization.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Set individual and team KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to build the team's expertise in luxury real estate sales.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners in the luxury segment.
  • Represent the brand at high-profile events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and business opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided throughout the sales process, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Operations and Reporting
  • Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, particularly in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
  • Languages : Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Attributes : Results-driven, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury real estate.
