The Pharmaceutical Sales Manager will lead a team of medical representatives to drive sales of pharmaceutical products across assigned territories. The role requires strategic planning, performance monitoring, and relationship building with healthcare professionals and institutions to achieve business objectives within the UAE pharmaceutical market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for pharmaceutical products.
Manage, train, and motivate a team of medical sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals and clinics.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
Conduct regular team meetings and field visits to ensure performance goals are met.
Collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams to support product launches and campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in sales team leadership and achieving targets.
Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
