Job description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Ayurvedic clinic in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales or business development, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE healthcare market.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the clinic’s reach.
  • Promote the clinic's Ayurvedic services to corporates, wellness centers, insurance companies, and referral networks.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, patients, and healthcare providers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Work closely with management on market insights and client feedback to enhance services.
  • Represent the clinic at wellness events, exhibitions, and health seminars.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in healthcare (clinic, hospital, or wellness industry).
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient engagement in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in Ayurvedic, holistic, or alternative medicine sector is a plus.
