Business Development Manager

Ajman, UAE

Wednesday - Monday

11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Engagement:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage education consultants and agents to recruit domestic students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent lead flow and enrolment conversions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners to keep them updated on GEDU’s offerings.

Kiosk & Field Marketing:

  • Organize and manage kiosk marketing activities in malls, education fairs, and public events to generate leads.
  • Represent GEDU in local events, exhibitions, and seminars for brand visibility and student engagement.

On-Campus Walk-Ins:

  • Drive footfall to the GEDU campus through targeted outreach and local partnerships.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries, conduct counselling sessions, and convert prospects into enrollments.

Target Achievement:

  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly student recruitment targets.
  • Maintain and report on KPIs such as lead conversion, partner performance, and campaign ROI.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align recruitment strategies with course offerings and timelines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in student recruitment, education sales, or business development.
  • Strong network of education consultants and agencies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel locally for field activities and partner visits.
