Job Summary

  1. Sales Manager responsible for Middle East (including Pakistan) and Africa Region.
  2. Deploy and maintain relationships with the distributor network.
  3. Handle direct business when required with main Key Accounts.
  4. Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
  5. Understand customer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
  6. Manage a small sales team.
  7. Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  8. Develop skills continuously through training and leading team members, ensuring they use effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
  2. Meet potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  3. Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
  4. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
  5. Ensure that company quotes are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  6. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven success in the entire sales process from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Leadership ability.
