Job summary
A major financial institution in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of its personal loans product. This role involves enhancing customer experience, monitoring portfolio performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to align product offerings with market trends. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in finance or consumer banking, with a strong focus on product management. This is a full-time onsite position with no remote work offered.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Finance and/or consumer banking products.
- At least 7 years in a similar product management role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance personal loans product for customers.
- Track customer segments for portfolio profitability.
- Engage with stakeholders to improve processes.
- Monitor various portfolio KPIs effectively.
