Diagnosis & Repair: Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and more.

Maintenance: Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and battery replacements. Perform complex repairs to brake systems, steering/suspension, engines, gearbox and electrical components.

Customer Service: Clearly explain problems and repair plans to customers and service advisors.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services, repairs, and inspections.

Testing: Conduct test drives to confirm successful repairs and proper vehicle function.
