Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or relevant degree with therapeutic training or qualification in working with children and young people
• One to two years' experience as a School Counsellor
• Experience working with local communities / Emirati students and families (preferred)
• Bilingual Arabic and English speaker (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the welfare and development of Elementary school students
• Engage with students and families to support their wellbeing
• Collaborate with school staff to implement support programs

Additional Requirements:

• Open to working in an American Curriculum School (training provided)
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and innovative approach
• Available for immediate start in Dubai
