Job Summary

Support dealers in developing strategies to grow in the CI rebuild space. This position will collaborate closely with dealers to establish Rebuild Processes and Go-To-Market Strategies, acting as a consultant in the CI Rebuild space.

What You Will Do

  • Assess dealers' Rebuild operations.
  • Understand dealers' Rebuild operations and Go-to-Market strategies, and recommend solutions.
  • Lead Rebuild Deep Dive initiatives: identify new opportunities and create lifecycle solutions to address unmet customer needs within CI Rebuild models.
  • Maintain internal communications: ensure Rebuild Deep Dives align with organizational changes and communicate proactively to MBD and Product Group partners.
  • Establish clear guidance for Rebuild action plans: create benchmarks to review the effectiveness of Rebuild strategies and foster a collaborative feedback framework.

  • Data analytics skills.

  • Make oral presentations and write reports as needed.

Influencing: Knowledge of influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside the organization.

  • Provide examples of decisions influenced.
  • Describe key influencing concepts.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational or operational problems; ability to apply this knowledge to diverse situations.

  • Examine specific problems and understand stakeholder perspectives.
  • Develop alternative assessment techniques.
  • Analyze risks and benefits of alternatives and facilitate resolution decisions.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of techniques to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to client requests.
  • Work with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of big picture thinking and planning; apply organizational acumen to identify key success factors.

  • Implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify potential strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Make sound recommendations when faced with complex, contradictory options.

Additional Information

  • Business travel required approximately 50% of the time.
  • No ISE/Payroll Transfer or Relocation support available.
