Amazon EF (External fulfilment) for MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and TR (Turkey) regions plays a vital role in managing the external fulfillment and logistics operations for sellers in these rapidly growing marketplaces. We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager for MFN channels to oversee the launch of different product roadmaps & programs and optimize processes in the MENA and TR regions ensuring efficient operations, competitive service levels, and exceptional seller experiences.
As a PM for MFN in the MENA and TR regions, your day will involve analyzing VTR/ Returns/ Refund related performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, and developing strategies to enhance the seller/customer experience. You will engage with sellers and logistics partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for innovation. Your role will require you to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, always focusing on driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of MFN in these dynamic markets.
