Sr. Technical Program Manager, MENA Payments

The MENA Payments Tech Team’s vision is to delight our customers with the best payment experience! To achieve this vision, we are in search of a Sr. Technical Program Manager who will lead the delivery of large, significantly complex cross-functional technology initiatives and launch customer-facing features for clients in the MENA region. As a TPM on our team, you will be responsible for owning the roadmap, defining clear requirements, making/facilitating tech design choices and decisions, and planning and achieving delivery dates.

You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define product features, influencing system architecture, and spearheading best practices to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate is passionate about new opportunities and has a demonstrated track record of delivering new features and products in highly complex environments. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements.

You will tackle large, complex projects, document complex business rules in a highly distributed team, understand service-oriented architecture, and lead the building of reliable, scalable, secure products for our customers in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift fast.

1. Develop and execute project plans with an impact across MENA Payments
2. Demonstrate the ability to provide both structured and creative thinking in a dynamic, evolving multi-team environment
3. Communicate effectively at multiple management levels, building trust and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information
4. Show ownership and leadership in coordinating projects across multiple teams, driving them to successful conclusion while building lasting relationships with internal and external customers
5. Work comfortably in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while driving teams to complete goals
6. Break abstract goals into attainable, measurable work items
7. Manage a cross-functional process to translate customer experience into a logical, optimized product roadmap and releases

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of Dubai, ARE.

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
