• 15+ Years of Work Experience.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Develop technical course materials by creating comprehensive work‑task centric workshops that prepare early and mid‑career professionals for mastery in their core job family tasks.
• Facilitate technical courses by conducting engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions for employees at various career stages, ensuring knowledge transfer of industry best practices.
• Build structured learning pathways and job family‑specific curriculums, from early‑career professionals to independent, competent contributors.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert and mentor, fostering the development of technical skills and operational excellence across teams.
