Objective

Eram Talent is seeking three highly experienced Senior Engineers to join the Curriculum Team. These positions are critical to ensuring the transfer of technical expertise, best practices, and hands‑on operational knowledge to the next generation of professionals in Downstream Operations. These roles are designed for seasoned professionals who are passionate about technical training, curriculum development, and workforce capability building. If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• 15+ Years of Work Experience.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Develop technical course materials by creating comprehensive work‑task centric workshops that prepare early and mid‑career professionals for mastery in their core job family tasks.
• Facilitate technical courses by conducting engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions for employees at various career stages, ensuring knowledge transfer of industry best practices.
• Build structured learning pathways and job family‑specific curriculums, from early‑career professionals to independent, competent contributors.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert and mentor, fostering the development of technical skills and operational excellence across teams.
• Continuously improve training programs by incorporating industry trends, feedback, and real‑life workplace scenarios.
