As an IT Technician, you will report to the IT Manager at your home site and work closely with the business, colleagues, and remote support teams to implement and maintain infrastructure elements. You will represent the ‘face of IT’ to the Business and thrive in providing world-class service to our customers. You will be a key part of a multinational, diverse team, delivering high-quality results and seeking continuous improvements.
Business Area: Operations – Fulfillment Centre and Logistics
The IT Operation team supports the IT Infrastructure at each Amazon site and provides IT support to our customer base.
Putting customers first, you will provide first-level support to ensure all IT equipment and infrastructure operate optimally, meeting departmental KPIs and SLAs across your site and remote locations.
Support shifts and occasional changes in working hours are required.
