The purpose of this role is to provide a quality audit service in order to verify compliance with the different elements of the Integrated Management System & make recommendations to encourage continuous improvement of the operations and maintenance of Serco Dubai Metro. Responsibilities include:

Typically providing a service to a large organisation across a number of different functions, the job requires a full professional understanding of a subject or a business unit. At this level, it is usually backed up by a professional qualification plus relevant business experience; providing advice and guidance to Line Managers on area of expertise.
The ideal candidate should:
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably 5 years, of work experience as a certified quality auditor in the rail industry. Strong audit-related expertise, including understanding of compliance requirements, monitoring guidelines, and standards e.g. ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 is required. Experience in the development of effective audit programs using standard techniques is also necessary.
