  • Prepare daily revenue and operations reports.
  • Conduct income audits and maintain worksheets.
  • Reconcile tourism fees and handle cash check-ups.
  • Ensure timely updating of currency rates and audits.

  • Daily Revenue report and Operations report
  • Front Office - Income audit data collection and segregation
  • Non Trading worksheet maintenance and JV
  • Revenue DOP
  • Revenue Balancing Micros Vs Opera
  • Negative Postings (Rebates)
  • Paid outs, Cash Refunds, Telephone report and other Misc. Reports for Rooms related DOP
  • Daily Tourism Dirham Fee Reconciliation
  • Lee Club Room adjustments and Non Trading - Tracking sheet etc.if required
  • DOP distributions to departments (F & B, Rooms, Revenue) for approvals
  • Reviewing the DOPs after getting back from Departments and preparing folders for signature
  • Statistics JVs posting
  • Income Audit Folders circulation through Executive office
  • General cashier House bank Float Checks
  • Forecast Update in DRR Portal
  • Income Audit Filing
  • VAT Reconciliation
  • Fixing the PMs for store rental and memberships etc
  • Cash Spot checks Front office and F & B
  • Updating foreign currency rates in opera weekly thrice
  • Reviewing general cashier report and posting daily basis
  • Prepare balance sheet back ups
  • Preparing shop rental & memberships schedules and amortization
  • Monthly Incentives paid out to be reviewed and submit to payroll.
  • Oher duties as assigned
