Site Inventory & Materials Coordinator
Job summary
A construction logistics company in Dubai is looking for a skilled Store Keeper to manage site inventory and materials. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, a strong understanding of construction materials, and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and ensuring timely reordering of materials to prevent delays in projects. If you have a high school diploma and are proficient in Microsoft Excel, we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site inventory/store keeping.
- Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and MEP materials.
- ERP knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect deliveries for quantity and quality at construction sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels of construction materials.
- Organize and label materials properly in storage to ensure easy retrieval.
- Monitor material issuance and returns from various site teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for material stock and consumption.
- Ensure timely reordering of materials to avoid project delays.
