A global well-being company in Dubai is seeking a candidate for a role focused on graphics trims and technical package development. The position requires strong graphic design skills, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of graphic designing & apparel technical package creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to digitally sketch graphics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for graphics trims and tags.
- Create original or benchmarked graphic designs using professional design tools.
- Develop sketches and concepts for trims and tags.
- Prepare detailed and accurate technical packages in line with design specifications.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure designs are technically feasible.

- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for graphics trims and tags.
- Create original or benchmarked graphic designs using professional design tools.
- Develop sketches and concepts for trims and tags.
- Prepare detailed and accurate technical packages in line with design specifications.
- Stay informed about regional regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in trims and tags.
- Ensure that all designs are aligned with market trends and brand identity.
- Deliver sketches and tech packs within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development timelines.
- Share ownership of project timelines and deliverables alongside design and product development stakeholders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage design submissions sampling and feedback.
- Partner with the Quality team to refine and standardize technical packages for consistent execution.
- Strong knowledge of graphic designing & apparel technical package creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to digitally sketch graphics.
- Knowledge of 3D design tools or AI‑driven design (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator and team player able to work in a collaborative fast‑paced environment.
