1. Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with existing and potential partners for insurance products.
2. Build collaborative relationships to increase revenue and grow the business.
3. Assist in executing plans and strategies for partners and clients to ensure satisfaction in quality, cost, and support.
4. Monitor and analyze partner agreements for renewals, account management, and compliance.
5. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for our partners.
6. Provide prompt and exemplary customer service to partners and clients.
7. Stay updated with industry and marketplace trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in relationship management, business development, or account management within the insurance industry.
