Position: Medical Insurance Advisor
Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Medical Insurance Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess their own sales portfolio with an established client base in medical insurance. You will also be supported through our website lead enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized advice to customers based on their medical insurance requirements. Analyse customer profiles and suggest appropriate insurance products.
  • Assist customers in understanding the differences between various policies including premiums coverage and terms. Meet sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Handle insurance company broker tools to make their own quotations and be capable of end-to-end handling the client.
  • Leverage your own client portfolio. You have the liberty to cross-sell other lines of business as well.
  • Utilise website enquiry leads in converting maximum cases. Provide expert advice on medical insurance products and services to clients ensuring their needs are met.
  • Update all website lead enquiries on our CRM. Leads should be worked with utmost priority as soon as the lead is allocated.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer consultations, policy purchases and follow-ups on CRM.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings and regulatory changes.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sale support and service to enhance client relationships. Resolve customer queries regarding policy details, claims processes and other insurance-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in medical insurance sales with an established client portfolio.
  • Background in insurance banking or financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with effective time management.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai insurance market and regulatory requirements is a must.
