About the Role
Richkey Properties is seeking an HR Specialist to support and execute core human resources operations across the business.
This role is focused on HR execution compliance and employee lifecycle management. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day HR processes documentation coordination and policy implementation ensuring the business operates smoothly compliantly and consistently.
This is an operational HR role not a senior HR strategy or advisory position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding offboarding documentation)
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Support recruitment coordination and hiring administration
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies
- Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts letters amendments)
- Coordinate visas medicals Emirates ID and related government processes
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Assist in implementing HR processes workflows and controls
- Escalate complex HR matters to senior leadership when required
Requirements
- 1-3 years of HR experience in the UAE (real estate background preferred)
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance basics
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding HR documentation and maintaining employee records
- Comfortable supporting recruitment workflows and hiring coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail confidentiality and organisational skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
- Currently based in Dubai
