A prominent educational institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator & Recruitment Officer to support HR initiatives and manage recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, fluency in both English and Arabic, and a deep understanding of UAE Labor Laws. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective multitasking abilities, and strong leadership capabilities. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to fostering talent across a diverse workforce.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources focused on HR initiatives and recruitment.
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and HR best practices.
