Job summary

A leading regional law firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Advisor. This role offers expert guidance across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers to ensure HR policies are consistently applied. The advisor will handle employee relations, support investigations, and assist in recruitment activities. With a strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices, the ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience and excellent communication skills. The salary is AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month, inclusive of allowances.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established regional law firm based in Dubai. The role provides expert guidance and operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently applied. The role partners with managers and employees to drive a positive employee experience while supporting business objectives and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from partners, managers, and employees.
  • Advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and conflict resolution.
  • Support investigations, hearings, and resolution processes in line with firm policies and UAE labor law.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.
  • Support performance management cycles, probation reviews, and development planning.
  • Assist with recruitment activities and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and reporting.
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle changes.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years’ HR Advisor / HR Generalist experience, within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labor law.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations cases accurately and on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence advising stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters discreetly.
  • Strong problem-solving and sound decision-making capability.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Track record of producing accurate and timely HR documentation and reporting.
Salary & Demographics

Salary: AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
