A top-tier professional services organization in Dubai is seeking a Reward / HR Analyst. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to tell stories behind data. You will work on bonus calculations and people data while offering insights based on analysis. Competitive salary of AED 27K–30K/month plus family benefits and a hybrid work model (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). Experience in the UAE is essential.
Our client, a top-tier professional services organisation in Dubai is hiring a Reward / HR Analyst — someone who can not only crunch the numbers but tell the story behind the data and make strong, evidence-based recommendations.This person also needs to be very good with numbers for the analytics part as they will be working on big bonus files, people data, etc.
If you’ve worked in the region before in this capacity, and are keen to return, relocation support is on offer.On the ground, UAE experience is essential.
What’s on offer:
Competitive salary: AED 27K–30K/month (tax free)
Bonus: up to 10% (performance & business driven)
Family benefits: medical coverage + contribution to school fees (AED 10K per child, up to 2 children)
High basic salary = higher end-of-service gratuity
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote (not Thursday or Friday)
