An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess to join the F&B Service team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties include:

1. Greeting guests, escorting them to tables, and assisting with menu questions.
2. Entering orders into the POS system and supporting service staff.
3. Serving food and drinks following Jumeirah standards.
4. Setting up and maintaining the cleanliness of tables and service areas.
5. Responding politely to guest needs and reporting issues.
6. Following safety procedures to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. One or two years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or standalone/branded restaurant.
2. Proficiency in English and a second language (Russian or European languages preferred).
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms systems.
4. Experience in a multicultural environment.
