Apt Resources is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Palace Manager to support the operations of a prestigious Royal this role you will work closely with the Palace Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of daily operations maintain high standards of service and manage a dedicated team of palace staff. Your role will be pivotal in safeguarding the comfort and satisfaction of the Royal Family while overseeing the palaces various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Palace Manager in overseeing all palace operations ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.
  • Coordinate and manage staff schedules training and performance evaluations.
  • Support in the organization and of palace functions and events ensuring that all arrangements are made with the utmost attention to detail.
  • Maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards throughout the palace.
  • Handle guest relations ensuring any requests or concerns are addressed efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with inventory management overseeing supplies for all palace departments including housekeeping catering and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to budget management by tracking expenses and preparing reports for the Palace Manager.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Palace Manager to ensure smooth palace operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in palace or luxury hotel operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
