We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive interaction at every touchpoint.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Understand and assess customer needs to provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
