Qualifications

  • High level of understanding of Rooms operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Front Desk operations and respond to guest requests.
  • Schedule Front Desk Supervisors and Receptionists.
  • Train and supervise Front Desk team members.
  • Inspect guest rooms and inspect hotel during shifts.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
