POSITION SUMMARY

Our jobs aren’t just about mixing drinks. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our bartenders have the basics down but are constantly on the lookout for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests’ evolving needs. They are not just beverage enthusiasts but also hosts of the space, taking ownership of guest service broadly and doing what needs to be done. Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet guest needs. They should be passionate about guest service and detail-oriented — from handling money accurately, providing information to guests, to maintaining the quality of drinks.

Critical to success are creating a safe workplace, following company policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet, moving around, and engaging in hands-on tasks such as lifting and pushing objects up to 25 pounds, reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting. Performing these duties well is essential to deliver excellent service and uphold our standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None required.
