About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join Beach Operation in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the beach, sports, and leisure facilities, ensuring exceptional guest service and full compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
  • Create memorable guest experiences by engaging proactively with guests and personalizing services based on preferences, activities, and feedback.
  • Assist in leading, motivating, and training the beach and leisure team to ensure high service standards, operational efficiency, and strong product knowledge.
  • Support the implementation of initiatives to increase guest engagement, activity participation, and revenue generation while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Oversee equipment inventory, activity scheduling, and cash-handling procedures to ensure smooth and profitable operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery professionally, turning challenges into positive guest experiences.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and beach operation regulations are consistently followed.
About You
  • Strong background in guest service and outdoor leisure operations.
  • Fluency in English; additional international languages are an advantage.
  • Experience working with beach clubs, water sports, pools, or leisure activities.
  • Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
