About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to join Floor 24 rooftop bar at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Provide exceptional bar service, ensuring each guest receives personalized attention, and upsell where appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
• Prepare and mix cocktails and beverages according to set recipes, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
• Maintain a well‑organized and visually appealing bar setup, ensuring all merchandise and equipment are properly arranged.
• Handle transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate preparation and processing of drink orders.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area, ensuring all glassware and equipment are readily available.
• Ensure the responsible service of alcoholic beverages, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements to guarantee guest safety.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar position within a luxury 5-star environment.
• Basic Food and Hygiene Training.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences within a multicultural team environment.
• Confident and professional in managing guest feedback with empathy, and efficiency.
