Job summary
A leading hospitality brand in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a candidate for a supervisory role in bar operations. This position involves assisting in daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality service and cleanliness. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in bars or restaurants.
- Ability to maintain service standards under pressure.
- Basic financial and inventory management knowledge.

- Assist in the daily operation of the Sunset Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
- Supervise bar and service staff, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and food service following established standards.
- Monitor bar ambiance and cleanliness to maintain a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating team members.
- Ensure staff adhere to grooming standards, service protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Support onboarding of new employees and conduct refresher training when needed.
- Foster positive team engagement and uphold company values.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in bars, lounges, or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and service standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic financial and inventory management knowledge.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
