Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel, preferably with a focus on M.I.C.E sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all sales activities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure transient, group, and meeting business.
  • Adhere to established selling strategies for revenue enhancement.
  • Maintain knowledge of the property’s unique selling points.
  • Prepare business correspondences with accuracy.
  • Monitor market trends and client requirements to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide updates on negotiation progress and confirmed business.
  • Ensure professional execution of all assigned duties.
  • Maintain an accurate account database.
