Desired Skills

Ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale residential commercial hospitality projects.

Experience in working within a team of professionals delivering pre or post-contract cost management and consultancy.

Assist to Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement assessment and agreement of variations payment certificates final account cost reporting.

Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with.

Assist in benchmarking data collection internal reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or other Construction related field.

Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS) or working towards APC.

Experience

2-5 years post graduate experience.

1-2 years in the Middle East.
