A fast-growing innovative organization in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Collections professional. You will manage customer accounts, evaluate creditworthiness, and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or online trading, with strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel is essential. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in financial operations and customer coordination.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, wholesale, or online trading.
  • Solid understanding of credit control processes.
  • Ability to manage high-volume accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of invoices.
  • Evaluate new and existing customers’ creditworthiness.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly receivables reports.
  • Collaborate with sales to resolve disputes and credit issues.
