Job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze clinical workflows and recommend IT solutions.
- Participate in design, testing, and implementation of EHR/EMR systems.
- Provide training and support to nurses and clinicians on health software.
- Optimize documentation processes for better data capture and reporting.
- Ensure interoperability of systems for seamless health data exchange.
- Support decision-making tools like clinical alerts, care pathways.
Collaborate with:
- IT teams (developers, database admins)
- Clinical teams (nurses, doctors)
- Hospital administrators and vendors
Qualifications:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Nursing or equivalent
Valid clinical license (DHA / MOH / DOH / NMC or country equivalent)
Minimum 1 years clinical nursing experience
Certification or training in:
Digital Health
Clinical Informatics
AI in Healthcare (preferred)
