Job summary
An esteemed medical center in Al Ain seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with expertise in VAT and FTA compliance. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing core accounting functions, preparing tax filings, and maintaining compliance with UAE tax regulations. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, and strong knowledge of VAT laws and accounting software. - Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Experience with VAT and FTA compliance is a must.
- Proficient in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all transactions comply with UAE VAT laws and regulations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and collaborate with auditors.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow.
- Maintain and organize financial records.
