Positions are based in Dubai and we are seeking UAE nationals (with a family book) only.

To be considered for the Marsh Early Careers program you must be a UAE national (with a family book) a final-year student or a recent graduate who demonstrates:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint Word Excel)
• Strong academic performance and grades
• Enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in the professional services industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams fostering engagement and inclusion
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
• Passion for building a career in risk strategy and people management
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
