Sales & Lead Generation
- Make 80 100 outbound calls per day to potential leads from cold and warm databases.
- Introduce and pitch the company’s products or services, tailoring the message to customer needs.
- Identify and qualify leads based on key criteria to move them into the sales funnel.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
Customer Communication & Relationship Management
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers during initial and follow‑up calls.
- Handle objections or concerns effectively using persuasive communication and product knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer‑first approach in all interactions.
- Keep prospects informed about offers, promotions or additional product benefits.
- Ensure a seamless handover of closed leads to onboarding teams.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Accurately document all lead interactions, outcomes and follow‑up tasks in the CRM system.
- Maintain a well‑organised lead pipeline with updated statuses and notes.
- Generate daily/weekly sales reports for internal tracking and management review.
- Identify patterns from call responses to support improvement in campaign strategies.
Training Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in regular training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Attend team meetings, feedback sessions and knowledge‑sharing calls.
- Stay updated with market trends to refine pitch strategies.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in tele‑sales, customer support or a similar role.
- Comfortable with cold calling and remote tools (Zoho CRM & Books).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field, in Robotics, along with exposure towards Robotics projects is preferred, but not a must.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.
- Excellent customer service, outstanding communication skills, written and verbal skills are a must.
- Discipline to keep the deadline‑driven environment, provide timely reports, and feedback.
- Must have resident visa, with Emirates ID, and NOC to work as intern.
