Malaak is a leading homecare provider delivering high-quality care services in patients homes. We are seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our team across healthcare operations admin and support roles while also assisting with general HR and administrative tasks.

What Youll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses caregivers admin staff operations staff etc.).
  • Source screen and interview candidates ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and meet recruitment targets.
  • Assist with onboarding HR documentation and employee records management.
  • Support general HR tasks
  • Maintain recruitment and HR records reports and dashboards.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
What Were Looking For
  • Proven recruitment experience preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and healthcare licensing (DHA MOH HAAD) is a plus.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
