A leading hotel chain in Dubai seeks a skilled kitchen staff member to ensure food quality and consistency. Ideal candidates will have experience in a 5-star hotel environment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high hygiene standards. This is a full-time role with a vibrant team atmosphere at a prominent location in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5-star hotel setting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
Responsabilités
- Ensure food products are consistent with recipes and standards.
- Support Senior Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations.
- Keep work area hygienic as per HACCP requirements.
Connaissances
- To ensure that all food products are consistent with the recipes and presentation as per the standards
- To monitor closely and prepare the mise en place requirements and support the Senior Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the main kitchen
- Keep work area in hygienic conditions as per HACCP requirements
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products recipes and preparation techniques
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
