We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Jr. Planning Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Jr. Planning Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting project planning and scheduling activities for our construction projects.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using specialized software
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather and analyze project data
  • Help create and update project timelines Gantt charts and other planning documents
  • Support resource allocation and optimization efforts for ongoing projects
  • Participate in progress meetings and contribute to project status reports
  • Assist in identifying potential scheduling conflicts and proposing solutions
  • Help monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies
  • Stay updated on local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in planning or engineering roles; internship or entry‑level experience in construction or engineering projects is acceptable
