A luxury hotel brand in Dubai seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of the Restaurant Banquet and Room Service. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting the Events Manager. Ideal candidates will possess an operational management background in Food & Beverage and excellent leadership skills.

To administer the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant Banquet and Room Service in such a manner as to bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Hotel.
To promote and ensure guest satisfaction achieved through his/her ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment placing emphasis on Team Member satisfaction and delivery of prompt courteous service.
The efficiency with which he/she performs his/her tasks increases the level of service with which we serve our guests. His/her responsibilities include those that assist the Events Manager. Due to the nature of the job the Restaurant Manager must pay attention to detail, be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced ever-changing atmosphere.
