Job summary
A luxury resort in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Pool and Beach Attendant to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in pool and beach areas and requires strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Education
The Pool and Beach Attendant under the Food & Beverage Department is responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests in the poolside and beach areas. This role ensures a clean safe and enjoyable environment while delivering prompt and courteous service aligning with the resorts standards of hospitality.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present and explain pool/beach menus and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
- Clear used dishes and glasses and reset service areas quickly and neatly.
- Prepare the pool and beach areas before guest arrival (loungers umbrellas towels).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
- Ensure sufficient inventory of F&B supplies and service equipment
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Provide towels and amenities and assist guests with seating or shade.
- Offer recommendations on food and beverage items.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and elevate concerns when necessary.
- Follow food handling hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Comply with safety guidelines for pool and beach areas.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors immediately.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit; able to stand for long periods work outsideand lift service trays.
- Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
