Role Summary

Were looking for a dynamic operator to own the end-to-end journey of 3PL-sourced riders from onboarding to compliance while driving scalable partnerships and ensuring every rider hits the ground ready to deliver. This role sits at the intersection of operations data compliance and partner management offering a unique opportunity to shape the backbone of our logistics ecosystem.

Whats On Your Plate
  • Own Onboarding Operations: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for 3PL riders document verification training coordination and go-live scheduling ensuring a seamless and rider-first experience.
  • Be the Partner Anchor: Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners. Build strong trust-based relationships gather feedback review performance and negotiate SLAs to raise the bar on compliance and delivery standards.
  • Turn Data into Action: Leverage G-Suite Tableau and Looker to build dashboards track KPIs and deliver actionable insights. Identify gaps spot trends and drive improvements in onboarding speed compliance % and rider productivity.
  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with Training Document Verification Compliance and other internal teams to streamline processes and elevate the onboarding playbook.
  • Continuously Innovate: Audit and re-design onboarding flows. Deploy new tools and strategies that bring efficiency scalability and industry best practices to the forefront.
  • Raise the Standards: Ensure legal compliance and quality benchmarks are always met. Anticipate potential risks early and implement proactive measures to safeguard operations.
  • Enable 3PL Success: Act as a guide and trusted advisor for partners. Provide clarity resolve issues and enable smooth collaboration that delivers mutual wins.
