Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a talented Multi-Technician to join our Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the good condition and functionality of premises, performing a variety of tasks such as MEP, HVAC installations, maintenance, painting, landscaping, etc.

• Perform repairs and maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool, and air conditioning.
• Complete work orders at rental properties or offices.
• Report work performed, parts used, and next steps.
• Keep tools, vehicles, and properties clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory and report expenses.
• Prepare properties for occupancy and inspection reports.
• Safeguard supplies, equipment, and tools.
• Perform additional maintenance tasks as needed, including office and interior home maintenance.
• Represent Deluxe Holiday Homes professionally.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including nights and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Experience in a maintenance role.
• Knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Basic carpentry and painting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License.

To excel, you should have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
