A leading construction firm is seeking a highly skilled Civil Foreman to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The role involves overseeing and managing civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 5-7 years experience in civil projects, and strong leadership capabilities. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work on significant projects in a dynamic environment.
Qualificações
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects with a proven track record.
- Thorough understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Responsabilidades
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities onsite.
- Manage and motivate construction crews to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions.
